These inspirational Scriptural based writings, related to challenges, faith, hope, grief, & healing are posted monthly in IHG waiting rooms & the Glory Center to reflect upon, grow from & apply to daily living.
Psalm 100:1-5
When we recognize God & the goodness & beauty of all that He has created & all that He gives to us, it will turn our hearts from the suffering, indifference, hopelessness & despair of life that we experience from time to time, into praiseful, prayerful & hopeful rejoicing, which will naturally fill our hearts with the peace that surpasses all earthly understanding.
Psalm 100:1-5

Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8
“For everything there is a season & a time for every matter under heaven."
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8
"A time to be born, & a time to die."
Luke 3:21 & 4:1-14
It can be risky when we are in the wilderness season. The good news is we do not need to stay stuck in the wilderness when we find ourselves there.
Luke 3:21 & 4:1-14
When we listen to the Lord in our wilderness seasons, regardless of the situation, may we each be faithful enough to always turn to our living Lord as we seek our way.
Ephesians 6:10-17, Psalm 119:105
The “call” to be witnesses for God & to live reflecting His Light & Love for the world is both a blessing as well as a challenge for us. As long as we keep our lives focused on God our Creator & trust in His steadfast love & healing grace for all of creation, it is fairly easy to witness for God & reflect His image through our living for we are empowered by the Holy Spirit. However, at the time of this writing, I think we’d all agree that there is no doubt, that all of God’s creation is currently living in a time of extraordinary challenge which in many cases, makes it difficult for us to consistently keep our focus on our calling to reflect God’s image in which we are created.
Ephesians 6:10-17, Psalm 119:105
Given the magnitude of the negative messages & challenges of this time we are currently living through that create such seemingly hopeless darkness & destructive direction, it does seem like the question that challenges us all is: “where will we find the strength & the hope to keep going forward reflecting the Light, love & wholeness that we are called by God to reflect, spread & live into?”
Matthew 28:20, Psalm 139:1-6, 23-24
God’s Grace of healing & transcendental transformation is something we cannot understand. It arises beyond human knowledge & reason & transcends all earthly understanding, yet the gift of new eternal life is promised to us by God
